I’ll come out of hiding with the rest of my Trini crew. I have a house and estate in Trinidad and all of my children were born here. I received my bachelors of science degree in the USA. You seem a bit paranoid about American influence in Trinidad. Have you been reading the Express? Divide and conquer? This place is turning into a little Africa with murders and kidnapping on the rise. Did it ever dawn on you that there are white Trinidadians that might be proud to be white? What is there to conquer here?

I disagree. A murderer cannot be looked up to in society and it was PC to let OJ go in the face of a mountain of evidence. Would you send your child to a priest that you knew was molesting children? Why not? It did not affect his ‘performance’.
Africans, no matter what country they live in, are irresponsible fathers and if the greatest a country can aspire to is a beauty contest or cricket score then …. The FACT that Trinis will treat him like royalty also is not debatable. Raffique Shah has done more for Trinidad than a hundred cricket players and he is still fighting the system.
Another thing, I work all over the world and one of the guys I am working with now is French. He has never heard of the story you related to me. Could it be that African Americans weren’t getting any like their white counterparts? Do you really think French women are so gullible? Tribal Africans think they can rid themselves of HIV by having sex with, read raping, a virgin. Winnie Mandela claimed AIDS is a white man’s concoction to make the black man wear condoms and not proliferate when she visited sweet sweet TNT. Yeah Trinis are smart people. In Trinidad we refer to a con artist as a ‘smart’ man. This “Yankee come and take de sparrow away”, if you know what I mean.
