I am not going to comment on your observations but in as much as the initial discussion emanated from a publication in Trinidad and Tobago, I will solicit your views on that Nation. T&T has been an independent Nation since 1962 and governed by black governments for all but 5 years.
It has a manageable population, approximately 1.3 million resident citizens, enormous natural resources and like Dr. Williams used to say "money is no problem."
With that as a backdrop, would you venture to tell me why the existing political, economic and social rot among a preponderance of it's black residents?
