IT was mucha lluvia (heavy rain) during the ceremony to welcome Cuban President Raul Castro yesterday morning, as he arrived at the old Piarco International Airport for a two-day State visit.

Cuban security officials are leaving nothing to chance during President Raul Castro’s two-day state visit to Trinidad and Tobago, including during a low-key wreath-laying ceremony yesterday afternoon at the cenotaph in Memorial Park, Port-of-Spain.
