  2. The Prime Minister made some very good points. Everything he said made sense, but personally it made me want to vote UNC even more.
Allow me to explain. The Prime Minister spoke about the lack of a plan from the UNC on Energy and brought up some points that we should all want transparency on and pay careful attention to should the UNC win. However, was I the only one thinking about the Presidents caved in roof as the PM spoke about natural gas and oil? Surely someone else may have thought that the PM should have used some of the revenue to improve other revenue generating sectors of the national economy?
Basically, he just told us that we made a lot of money from oil and natural gas, but he would not dare use any of that revenue to rebuild or reinforce the infrastructure of this nation. Education for the children is a matter of national security as I see it and a must for us to be competitive in the Caribbean and the world as a whole. Taking care of our seniors is one of the most moral missions that we could perform if we do it right. Free bus fair and a better mass transit system would be idea.
I must ask now considering the revelation of our revenue generating natural resources, why have the PNM been wasting my countries money?
To me and I can only speak for myself, but it seems like the PM just made an argument for why we need change no matter how desperate it would seem. He has created this situation.
He sure he is a nice man, but his biggest political mistake was subscribing to a false identity of himself as the Caribbean equivalent to some Texas oil tycoon/ businessman turned politician.
Hopefully Kamla will remain humble or she will be out next time.

So because the PM in your opinion has an “identity crisis” this is reason enough to change state policy and the party in power?

    1. Apparently his identity crisis has led him to make bad fiscal decisions with our revenue generated from the exportation of our resources.
I’m not the perpetrator. The PM is not the victim. He has a laundry list of irresponsible spending and behavior that I would not like to see grow.
The true definition of insanity along with the PM’s record demonstrates clearly why in my opinion that change is needed.

  4. It relates to literacy. Why is so difficult for Trinbagonians to internalize the precepts of DEMOCRACY? Cast a vote! A vote for leadership not Dictatorship.Fundamental rights and freedoms are at
risk. How can we not recognize this?
