Evidence of the "S" factor exist right here in Trinidad, and many Trinidadians should think twice before they assume they are not part and parcel to it. Then again, that's the whole problem, many just don't think.
Too many people are not conscious of the fact, that without a basic understanding about the history of their own country as well as the history of other countries, they will find it quite difficult to follow, understand and also to articulate the more complex issues regarding social, economical and political situations. With this type of scenario, people actually contribute to the problems in many different ways.
It is the responsibility of every citizen to become well informed.
