Do you think that it is time for all of the citizens to start holding themselves accountable for the legal disorder of the criminal justice system in T-N-T or would you continue to relegate that responsibility to certain segments of that population?
Also, I would like to know how would you personally go about the reconstruction of the criminal justice system of Trinidad to better service all of it's people without malice through equal means?
