Well said, well said the idea of hanging is barberic and outdated in this so called civilized society. when the world leaders begin to deal with the very roots of poverty instead of their tired political retoric and grandstanding, only then will there be a reduction in crime. as we continue to emulate a classless, moraless, decadent and decaying society gone mad.it brings back the wise words of Marcus Garvey concerning the inept, corrupt and craven world leaders all suffering from arrested development who would continue like wild dogs to eat until their bellies burst while the masse's perish in crime, disease, poverty and deblitating mental anguish. if one were to uphold the barberic principle of hangings then lets start with the so called leaders of the world!!
