Are you saying that our brilliant public servants, men like Eugenio Moore, William Demas, Frank Rampersad, John Barsotti and the host of others who did not make it to the top rank(Ministers) were medicore. These men and women were the ones who give their time and energy for a couple thousand of dollars so that the ship of state could roll on. Some of them died poor simply because Raff, they understood what public service is about. It is about committment and cause not money.
