Tamara: Romando Rampersad IS a politician, marine biologist, and is presently involved in coastal rehabilatation on the west coast of Trinidad, there are lots of articles written about his works i have known him for a long time, he is one of the more out spoken people in the twin islands and is very highly respected in his fiels of research, i also know he does alot of charity work for underprivilaged children and is a humatarian, and enviromentalist. .....hope this helps
