Flying Fish or Bajan Red Herring

I am going out on a limb here but I feel this Bajan fishing thing is not about flying fish but oil and gas off the East and South-East coasts of Trinidad and Tobago. With Trinidad making big oil and gas deals, Barbados wants a stake and Grenada may soon do the same.
