I hope all Trinibagonians who are venting their opinions about the so called affirmative action in TnT reads Raffique Shah's column posted on this site. Shah has redeemed himself, in my eyes at least, with a well thought out column. The need to help afro trinidadians emerge from the bottomless pit is welcomed by Shah as it should by all. What's more he has been able to identify Class as a significant contributor to our problems. Furthermore he points out that there are two political parties in TnT steeped in race with one trying to get out and the other entrenching itself. It is a good column but don't take my word ready it yourself.
