Tobago is expected to experience the brunt of the storm in a few hours. Tobago is now experiencing heavy showers. In spite of the storm being downgraded, Trinidad and Tobago is expected to experience heavy showers and wind.
Several shelters were set up in Tobago housing in excess of 400 persons. It is reported that people in shelters are comfortable; the emergency services have things under control.
