In respose to Henry Sampson rabid rant of bringing back the death penalty. since when has the death penalty been a deterrence on crime? with the eradication of poverty and the basic human right's distributed to all. food, shelter,universal healthcare and the way's and means to sustain one's self and family finacially. look at the filty decaying society we live in, morally bankrupt and surly you jest in your assumptions that the death penalty is a cure?
