Chandler charged with 5 offences T&T Police Service (TTPS) Legal Unit head Christian Chandler was last night slapped with five criminal charges arising out of an incident aboard a yacht on August 5.
$1 million bail for Chandler That bail was granted by a Justice of the Peace after Chandler, 43, of Haleland Park, Maraval, was slapped with five criminal charges by officers of the Professional Standards Bureau (PSB) after being pointed out during an identification parade earlier in the day.
