POLICE arrested 15 people in Belmont yesterday, including one man for the possession of a .38 revolver and six rounds of ammunition, while the others were detained on outstanding warrants.

Ricardo Jerome, 37, appeared in the Arima Magistrates' Court on Monday charged with assaulting a woman. Jerome was charged four days after a video surfaced on social media showing a man beating a woman at a bar in Arouca.
