This is just a point in passing;to put this EBC thing into some semblance of order, (1)The board is independent. (2)The CEO is a civil servant,
(3)The adviser is to help streamline the civil service end of the EBC,thereby help the CEO to better perform.
Tell me RedFox what is so wrong with that? The board will still be independent, in the present system that cannot be changed.
