As a newspaper what can be done to support citizens of Arima in combating crime. the Police are not serious, and the criminals needs to know they are being monitored and followed. Presently it appears when a crime is commited, the police will tell the victim" thank god yu alive"(good) but shouldn,t they be also reassuring the victims that the will be going actively and promptly after tbe criminal, shouldn't they be visting the victim home and offering support.Shouldn't the citizens in the area be given tips on safety and neighbourhood crime watch, the police should attempt to keep the cohesiveness of the good people and raise the courage, instead they tell them to count themselves lucky, and move on.
