Despite safeguards...
Bandits put a bullet in the head of Uttamdeo Marajh and shot his mother before leaving with their stolen $1,000. A rapid response police squad chased and captured three of four suspects, and the police were congratulating themselves on a job well done until they found the gun believed to have been used to murder Marajh. The 9mm weapon was police issue; a gun assigned to officers of the St James Police Station which recently went missing.
