Press Release from BWIA passengers

We would like everyone to know that an organisation of BWIA passengers ,whether you live in Europe, North America or the Caribbean is being put together to compile a list of sad or bad experiences inflicted on us at the hands of BWIA and to work together in getting air travel for work or pleasure less unhappy.

We will discuss and take collective action. BWIA has caused a lot of distress ,embarrassment , inconvenience occasioned by BWIA delay, stranded passengers, missing luggage , wilful misconduct, rudeness and negligence in dealing with us as passengers and our cargo over the years .

We must take collective and individual steps now. Let us hear from you . This is just the start. Forget what BWIA hired guns, called public relations officers in each territory, tell us repeatedly after we suffer . It is now time for action.Thousands of us suffer at the hands of BWIA

Passengers and other customers of BWIA who have experienced any problems with the airline within the last 2 years are requested to spend a moment and provide us with an idea of their bad experiences at the hands of this airline that we support, repeatedly .

We propose holding a www discussion mid January on the rights of passengers under the law of air carriage .
