Panday demands half or nothing

....but PNM rejects proposal

HALF or nothing. That in a nutshell describes the final position of the UNC in talks with the PNM.

UNC leader Basdeo Panday yesterday delivered a comprehensive outline of his party’s position in a letter to PNM political leader Patrick Manning when both parties met at Hilton Trinidad for further negotiations. The meeting lasted just over 30 minutes.
