Hello all: One of our international clients needs us to evaluate customer service at a couple of their retail locations in Trinidad (Bahamas too...) I'm having a hard time finding a couple of people who could help me. Could anyone direct me to where I might locate a few people who could perform some "undercover" customer service evaluations (act like a customer and report on service and cleanliness)...
Any help or guidance as to where I might look in Trinidad is greatly appreciated.
