Workers at State-owned TTT are calling a move to hire Elizabeth Solomon-Armour as co-host of the daily television show TnT This Morning a plan to phase out current host Hansley Adjodha.
Employees at the Maraval Road television station were introduced to Solomon-Armour yesterday following the broadcast of the morning show.
One worker said: "Adjodha seemed uncomfortable with the announcement but maintained he could work with anyone."
Solomon-Armour is a former journalist who has worked in both print and electronic media. She was also the Information Officer of the United Nations Information Centre.
