There is a solution to Caroni 1975, since 1975. But racism against one Monetary expert since 1971 has destroyed Caroni and the whole of T&T. Check out this man. Professor Winston Ganessingh who is a consultant with the IMF and World Bank etc. I think he set up Panday and Raf Shah, PNM, NAR and UNC, and all in T&T who refuse to appoint him to be their advisor.... remember he was advisor to the T&T Chamber many years ago... But he makes your racism backfire on 1.5 million of you since 1971 !!
