Panday going mad?

Like is Panday who needs a mental check-up. He was sounding very deluded on television tonight. According to Manning like he still has not adjusted to the reality that he is no longer the Prime Minister and he said he is not taking up the Opposition position. Sounding like a madman he claims he has his ministers and a cabinet.
Oh how sad to see the pitiful excuse of a person after so much pomp and ceremony. It is really had for him.
