is history that is recorded ever recorded acurately or is an individuals take on it. What is important here is the fact that Trinidad celebrate emancipation and so do Suriname would you not agree? We are brothers and sisters what we should be celebrating is OUR emancipation from slavery not arguing over who started celebrating first.
