Welcome to "pork barrelling" politics. It is born in the belly of patronage, nepotism, diatribe and racial polorisation.
Manning appointed 30 ministers, even George Bush the leader of the free world does not have that much ministers. It is the good old days of jobs for none qualified boy and girls.
The state will continue to conduct it's affairs contrary to the benefit of the nation. Party before nation.
