Looking for Claude Miguel

Sister searching for brother - Claude Miguel.
Left St.Vincent in the 60's and went to Trinidad, since then the family has not seen him.I have no idea which part of Trinidad he lives.

He is a Portuguese man in mid 70's

Would appreciate any assistance given.
