I am a Trini currently living abroad. Our country is a rich and blessed twin island, but I have been ashamed and disgusted with what is going on in my country. I love my Twin Island and I want it very much to succeed, but how can it when only greedy and selfish people are running the country. Since UNC came into power all I've been hearing is corruption and abuse of Power, guns on the street, and senseless killings. When you are elected into government you are responsible for the welfare and success of your country, but all I'm hearing now is that we have the highest rate of crime in decades and the school system is in shambles. Why do my family and friends have to live in fear in their own home land while these criminals feel like they are living in a lawless country. UNC, you have failed. Please PNM now is your chance. You were not perfect in the past, but lets start fresh in the New Year with another government that can turn things positively for the country. I want my Trinbago people to feel safe and secure.
