My apologies for not responding earlier than today but I had to be away on business overseas and I still because this deal seems to be needing more than we bargained for at first look and we need to take step back and take some deep breaths before we proceed further...you folks understand!

The argument that "CRIME" seems inevitable and is "everywhere" is dangerous ( in the context of defeating crime in TNT) and fallacious!
On a blog in another place I have effectively dealt with that fallacy!

"CRIME" is not "EVERYWHERE"...put that in your pipe and smoke and choke on it if you like because the facts will not change!

Racism,Racialism,Racial Discrimination...is not everywhere either but they are all three alive and well and thriving in TNT and Guyana!

The point you are missing is that to fight crime effectively and win the battle against crime we need the co-operation and resources of the entire (non-criminal)TNT Republicans and legal Residents of in our country ( and those abroad who wish to voluntarily participate) to defeat the criminal minority in TNT.

Iraq is an example which shows that with even the best of the best military force and the economic powerhouse which obtains there Law and Order cannot be maintained because of the deep sectarian divisions which exist in Iraq.

You saw the brake down of Law and Order in Kenya because of the deep Political division and the tribal divisions which Obtain there.

Until there is a defeat of those divisive forces there shall be no co-operation between the tribes,religious groups and political groups etc and "Law and Order" and consequently crime shall flourish and prevail.

In TNT as long as there is the deep and presiding racial divisions between people of all races in TNT then crime and criminals shall flourish and prevail as obtains at present.
YOU HAVE TO WIN THE WAR ON RACIALISM TO WIN THE WAR ON CRIME.
IT IS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT TO DECLARE WAR ON RACIALISM AND PROSECUTE THE WAR ON RACIALISM BECAUSE EVERYONE OF THEM OWE THEIR SEATS ( AN D THEREFORE ALLEGIANCE) TO RACIAL VOTING.
