Manning's bizarre behaviour shows that the only thing he learned from Eric was arrogance. We are the government therefore we can do what we want.. One would expect that Manning to wait for Parliament to hold it's first sitting before behaving the way he is right now.

There is not a Speaker or an official Opposition leader ,even the President chair would soon be vacated. Yet Manning behaving as though he won 24 seats in the last elections... Has he learned anything?? Time will tell..
