Health Minister Dr Fuad Khan said yesterday Manning, 65, who is warded at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the San Fernando General Hospital, is unable to speak or eat. &#8220;At this point Mr Manning&#8217;s condition is serious. He&#8217;s in a very unstable place.
