Health Minister Dr Fuad Khan said yesterday Manning, 65, who is warded at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the San Fernando General Hospital, is unable to speak or eat. “At this point Mr Manning’s condition is serious. He’s in a very unstable place. He cannot speak and he cannot eat. “He can remember things and he is conscious of things around him but he cannot move the right side of his body,” Khan said.<\/p>\n
