The agreement means that the United States will train and mobilise partner nation militaries to achieve the most effective fighting force necessary to dismantle cartels and their ability to export violence and pursue intelligence through organised intimidation.

Beachgoers stumble upon man's body at Tyrico Bay
The man was described as being of East Indian descent, dark-skinned and of medium to heavy build. He was found clad just in a pair of red three quarter pants and he appeared to be between the ages of 45 to 50.
Police believe he had been killed somewhere else and the body was dumped there. But police could not speculate on how he may have been killed as although there were marks of violence on his body, there were no gunshot or stab wounds.
