Attorney Keron Ramkhalwhan, acting on behalf of social activist and blogger Vishal Persad, yesterday wrote to Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs Sean Sobers, and Commissioner of Police Allister Guevarro requesting official documents and records related to the strikes. Persad, who operates the "Millennials for Change" platform, has launched what he calls the Military Strikes in the Caribbean 2025 transparency project.

OPPOSITION Leader Pennelope Beckles said her courtesy call with Venezuela ambassador Alvaro Sanchez Cordero to TT came via a letter to her from the Ministry of Foreign and Caricom Affairs, as she denied any notion that her meeting had been unpatriotic.
