Tancoo: Build wealth, don't depend on NIS FINANCE minister Dave Tancoo has warned that TT's rapidly ageing population is reshaping the country's economic future, forcing urgent reforms to the National Insurance System (NIS) and new initiatives to mobilise domestic capital.
