CARICOM accepts PM's invitation to deploy election observers in TT CARICOM’s Secretary General Dr Carla Barnett, CBE, has accepted the invitation extended to the organisation’s secretariat by Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley to deploy an Election Observation Mission to oversee this year's General Elections.
