Rowley, Kamla pay respects
PRIME Minister Dr Keith Rowley and Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar, both yesterday paid their respects to former Prime Minister Patrick Manning as his body lay in state at the Lord Kitchener Auditorium at the front of the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port-of-Spain.
