Port of Spain Mayor Raymond Tim Kee has officially resigned as Mayor and Alderman in the Port of Spain City Corporation

TSTT & Digicel are meeting with the Telecommunications Authority today to sign an agreement, which will bring number portability into effect from March 31st 2016.
