'Our ties will be stronger' In a signed letter to Venezuelan Vice-President Nicolas Maduro, Prime Minister Kamla Persad- Bissessar yesterday assured him this country's relationship with the Latin American state would remain strong although its leader, President Hugo Chavez has died.
