Whilst on holiday recently in Trinidad I was horrified to find that it had taken a collection of road workers four weeks to do to do a job which was incompleted because they did not move from the same spot for the whole length of time. Do they understand that as tax payers they are taking advantage? At the end of the day,it is their own money that is being wasted, money which could be spent wisely on schools and hospitals etc?.Education re the same is required.
