Carlos was holding a PNM party card when he joined the UNC. He saw Bas was prepared to look the other way. Anyways nobody has the right to go about disclosing private bank information. If the person is being charged or under investigation that information must remain private. I would suggest that Carlos can sue Newsday for a cool $100 million. These newspapers "too damn fast".
