This post reminded me of a man known as John Gotti(The Teflon Don) he was so slick that nothing he was charged with was ever able to stand up in court. Was he guilty of the charges? ( you will have to read about him to decide).
But people overlook simple things, and Gotti or his lawyers did, and that sent him up the river,so I hope Mr Baskh is really innocent of all that is alleged, because even Teflon has limits.
