not everybody like modern living! I suspect that African countries feel the need to keep things as natural as they found it. After all, people from developed countries will have something to remind us of what nature is all about, when we are through developing the land. Someday you may find yourself wishing that the world were not yet developed! maybe when there is nothing left to develop Ha? You probably don't know that Africans are a very intelligent people! Did the survey also tell you about the wide range of natural resources of African countries? how about the animals(including the ones behind locked gates in parks accross the world for everyone to admire) hopefully you do not think that they were born and bred on a farm in NY city or were "developed"
in some lab from bits and pieces of DNA.
