I like the way you construct your PNM analyses, but tell me, will this "strategic management expert" be able to overide the works of the EBC commissioners?
To agree with the UNC's Carlos John we must get rid of beaurocracy, so you see it is not the actions of the commissioners that is in question but their beaurocracy.
