They were probably convinced that there was only one bank account also. By the way, if the source of the money cannot be explained according to the man himself, The athourities should have the right to confiscate it and put it back where we all know it came from. No wonder the gov't were being warned to "cut spending" for lack of funds to do what they have to do for the country.
