Witness Lists and Recusal

I am looking for information on witness lists and magistrate recusal in criminal proceedings in Trinidad and Tobago, specifically:

1. What information must be provided regarding witnesses prior to the start of a trial - names, addresses etc.

2. Is the presiding magistrate required to familiarize himself with the witness list prior to the start of the trial - re: conflict of interest, possible grounds for recusal etc.

3. When a magistrate recuses himself from a trial, what written information does he have to provide for making this decision.

If anyone knows the answer to these questions or where I can get them, please post.

Thank you very much.
