The Guardian newspapers had no problem releasing this report that implicates the Chinese drug mafia but when the 1999 report was released that implicated the Syrian drug mafia it was never reported in their news papers leaving some to assume that there is a war between the Syrian and Chinese drug barons.
Our Trinicenter files on Trinidad and Tobago's Drug trade implicates both the Chinese and Syrian drug barons as well as top politicians. We stopped our coverage because the local media refused to allow for a proper airing of the Syrian, Chinese and political involvement in the Drug trade. We are of the opinion that several of these Barons own the mainstream media and finance all political parties.
