Police Constable Krishna Jadoosingh, left, gave himself up to San Fernando police yesterday, and was charged with the 1993 Valentine's Day murder of a California man. Jadoosingh, 54, was accompanied by his attorneys Prakash Ramadhar and Brian Dabideen. The victim, Gangai Ragoobar, 51, of California, was shot dead at Moruga, Princes Town, on February 14, 1993. Yesterday, Chamber Court judge Malcolm Holdip set the trial for March 18.
