AND in an immediate response to Pandayís threat of civil disobedience, Attorney General Glenda Morean said the Government would take prompt action to deal with such a situation.
She accused the UNCís political leader of being irresponsible and of attempting to incite the population to violence.
Morean said the State would have to act and it could lead to bloodshed.
