PRIME MINISTER Patrick Manning has rejected outright demands from UNC leader Basdeo Panday for fresh elections on July 8 this year.
Emerging from the third round of talks with the UNC leader at the Trinidad Hilton yesterday, Manning said the PNM has agreed that fresh election would be held no later than July 8, 2003.
