It's too early to say that Aristide was involved in any trafficing, but if it is found out that he did so indeed, you will know why he was removed from power. Noreaga used to be on our payroll. Saddam was also. When will Political Leaders learn that you cannot deal in illegal business with the United States and expect to retain leverage? I believed that he was a bad leader, but if he really did this, then there is no question in my mind.
